1. License and Use
Rockbase is a WordPress theme that leverages the WordPress Block Editor, allowing users to install it on their websites according to the number of licenses purchased. Each license grants you access to Rockbase’s community, support, and theme updates for the duration of your subscription.
2. Content Ownership
As a user, you retain ownership of the content you create using the Rockbase theme. Rockbase will not use any website content or testimonials without the explicit permission of the content owner.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
We use Stripe as our payment gateway, supporting a yearly subscription model. If the subscription is not renewed, access to the community, support, and theme updates will be discontinued. Users can manage their subscriptions through their user portal.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the user portal. We offer a 14-day “no questions asked” refund policy from the date of purchase for users who decide Rockbase is not for them.
5. User Conduct
Users are expected to use Rockbase in accordance with the license agreement. Any abuse of the license, such as unauthorized reselling or distribution, may result in termination of the subscription and legal action.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Rockbase collects email addresses and tracks the websites where Rockbase is activated for support and statistical purposes. Payment information is securely handled and stored by Stripe. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rockbase is provided “as is,” and while we strive to ensure the highest quality and reliability, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss, downtime, or other disruptions that may occur.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Active users will be notified of any changes via email.
